Test sieve shaker

Our test sieve shaker is a standard lab test sieving machine. And it is also a testing tool for material size and grade. It is highly used for grading powder and granule, and filtering fluid in laboratories and testing rooms. It could help user to analyze precisely the granularity and powdery materials, and determine the different material proportion, distribution, and impurity content etc.

The standard dimension is 200X50mm (Diameter 8”), accords with international standard. The additional diameter is 300mm (12”) as optional.

Sieve Precision

The mesh size has a top strict standard, which is gained by calculating strictly based on Tyler Formula, making sure a high sieving precision.

Standard

The fundamental mesh size is from 2.36mm to 0.02mm, which adopts stainless steel wire woven mesh, conforms to GB/T6003.1-1997 equivalent to Tyler Standard. For the mesh size bigger than 2.36mm, it adopts plate perforated mesh; conform to GB/T6003.2-1997 equivalent to Tyler standard.

Timer System

The timer system is integrated in the machine. User could control freely the screening time from 1~60 minutes without the need of additional timing tool, which is favorable for writing down the testing data, and increase the accuracy of testing data and screening.

Lower noise

As lab equipment, its working noise level is controlled at a much lower standard. Four soft rubber pads are mounted at the bottom, without bounce balls structure, its working noise is controlled below 50dB.

Customized Service

Its working voltage could be customized based on customer’s requirement, such as North America 110V 60Hz, Europe 220V 50Hz, Australia 240V, 50Hz, etc.

For ensuring the screening precision in various industries, the ultrasonic system could be also equipped on requirement.
