Large Capacity Linear Sand Vibro Sifter
Principle
Linear vibro sifter uses dual motors as vibration source, making materials be tossed and move forward in a straight line on the screen surface. There are several balls on the bottom of the screen frame hit each other when vibrating, which can clear screen cloth and avoid blocking effectively.
The eccentric blocks driven by the motors could provide centrifugal force; make the materials moves forward along the linear frame. The material will move forward quickly and penetrate the screen in a fluffy state.
In the processing of working, the bounce balls jump to hit the sieve cloth, which prevent the sive cloth from being blocked. the blocking rate of screen is less than 10% in average.
