The adjustment of exciting force(F)
1. Exciting force is a main factor that affects the linear vibrating sieve’s productivity. Productivity and exciting force make exponential relationship.
2. The increasing of the vibrating force will arouse the rapid increasing of productivity. While, the blockage rate fell rapidly with the increasing of excitation force.
3. Increasing exciting force will cause increased vibration intensity. Vibrating motor’s exciting force is centrifugal force generated by the eccentric block's high rotating speed.
4. By adjusting the eccentric distance, thus changing the amplitude of the exciting force in order to achieve adjusting the excitation force. By adjusting the size of the exciting force, so as to achieve the highest productivity effect, extend the life of the vibrating motor.
