Applicable application of vibration sieve

Our vibrating sieves are mainly applicable for sieving, sorting, impurity-removing, grading and filtering to improve the quality of finished products in food, chemical, ceramic, medicine, metallurgy, biowaste treatment, etc.

Both DRY APPLICATION and WET APPLICATION are well supported.

Keyword: Repose angle.

The repose angle is the one between upper counter-weight and down counter-weight of motor. Please refer to the follow picture 1.

DRY APPLICATION

IMPURITY-REMOVING

A small percentage of oversize is removed from a product. 

The suggested repose angle is 30°.

DE-DUSTING

A small percentage of downsize is separated from a product. 

The suggested repose angle is 45°.

SORTING

The materials are sorted by size into two or more products.

The suggested repose angle is 40~60°.

WET APPLICATION

DE-WATERING

A large percentage of solid is filtered out from the liquid. 

The suggested repose angle is 30°.

FILTRATION

A small percentage of solid is filtered out from the liquid. 

The suggested repose angle is 30°.

In filtration application, the percentage of liquid is large. If necessary, the bottom tray of machine should be heightened or add one more discharge outlet to ensure the liquid could be discharged timely.
